The Fairview Hospital Pain Management Center is a comprehensive intervention pain clinic. Our approach is multidisciplinary and we work closely with referring physicians and specialists to coordinate an individual plan for each patient.

Our goal is to:

- Improve the patient's overall quality of life and return him/her to their everyday activities

The Fairview Hospital Pain Management Center provides out-patient and in-patient diagnosis, education and treatment services for patients with chronic pain, cancer pain and acute pain. A multidisciplinary team of professionals work with the center and are from the following specialties: anesthesia, nursing, physical therapy, psychology and pharmacology.
The Center operates six days a week, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Saturday 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. for outpatients. In-patient referrals to the Center are on a 24-hour basis, seven days a week and may be called to the Pain Management office during normal hours of operation or by paging the anesthesiologist on call.
