For "routine" calls we ask that you call during regular office hours.  Your doctor will return your call the same day, usually at the end of the day.  Please tell our receptionist if you need urgent attention, and give her the telephone numbers where you can be contacted.  For emergency calls when the office is closed, a Center for Family Medicine doctor is always available through our answering service (216) 476-7088). 

 

For prescription refills, please call during regular office hours and have all prescription information ready when you call.  Your doctor will need to review your chart before refilling your prescription.  Please try to call at least one week before your supply of medication runs out.
