The Center for Family Medicine participates with most insurance plans, including health maintenance organizations (HMOs) and preferred provider organizations (PPOs).  We also accept assignment from Medicare.  Please call our office with any questions you may have about insurance coverage.  Please bring your current insurance card with you to each visit. 

Our fees are compettitive with those of other doctor offices.  The fee for an office visist depends on what takes place during the visit, including any additional tests and treatments that may be performed.  Feel free to call our office for information about any fees.
