Center for Corporate Health

As part of the Cleveland Clinic Health System, Fairview, Lakewood and Lutheran Hospitals, Lakewood Hospital’s Urgent Care Center in Westlake and Lutheran Hospital’s Urgent Care in Brooklyn have combined their experience and resources to offer the business community the most comprehensive occupational health services available at convenient locations on Cleveland's West Side.

All services are tailored to the meet the employer's specific needs; each program is designed to promote employee health, enhance communication, reduce injuries, and lower workers' compensation costs.

DISABILITY MANAGEMENT - We offer a company-based, coordinated and comprehensive approach to cost containment and quality employee health care. This program incorporates planned policy and analyses, prevention, early identification and intervention, and timely rehabilitation services for all work-related medical issues. We apply a "Team Approach" comprised of the employer BWC, the MCO and the health care provider.

PREVENTION AND WELLNESS - We offer a series of programs available in the community on an ongoing basis or on-site at your company to promote healthier lifestyles, thereby reducing absenteeism, increasing productivity, improving employee morale, reducing accidents, and improving employee retention rates.

IMMEDIATE INJURY/ILLNESS CARE - We offer treatment for workers when it is needed, at three full-service ER departments and two Occupational Health Urgent Care clinics for all follow-up treatment.  We provide expert and appropriate medical care, with an orientation to returning your employee to work as soon as is safely possible. We reduce the costs of lost time by working with the employee in providing appropriate follow-up treatment, and referral as needed.

REHABILITATION - We Incorporate a multi-disciplinary approach to treatment of injury/ illness/disability. A staff of properly credentialed physicians, occupational therapists, physical therapists, vocational specialists, psychologists, exercise psychologists, and

athletic trainers provide acute and chronic care. Services are designed to be implemented on individual or organizational levels.
