Finding a physician who is right for you is not as easy as it used to be. You may need a new physician because you have recently moved to the area, because your insurance plan has changed or maybe because your health needs have changed. Fairview, Lakewood and Lutheran Hospital have created two ways for you to find the doctor who is right for you.

In the meantime, we have four options to help you find a physician: 

 

Use Medline, our free physician referral service. The number is 216.363.2300 or toll-free   1.866.733.6363. They will give you information about the physician's location, insurance plan acceptance, languages spoken and more. They will even make your first appointment for you.
